Located at the entrance to Chatel, Le Moulin Gourmet offers bread, pastries and catering.

After the Ile d'Oléron, Marie-Noël and Franck Martel set up shop in Châtelaillon-Plage. Brioche au beurre, tarte and, above all, homemade pastries. Two bakers and two pastry chefs are on hand to satisfy your sweet tooth. You'll have to get up early to try the chouquettes, very popular with customers. The house also recommends the galette charentaise. It combines shortcrust pastry and angelica, a souvenir of the seven years the couple spent in Charente-Maritime.
