Every summer, in partnership with SDIS 17 (Service Départemental d'Incendie et de Secours - Departmental Fire and Rescue Service), our beaches are patrolled to ensure the safety of bathers on the Grand Plage. To take advantage of their surveillance, choose the bathing area marked by the red and yellow flags. For any information you may require, please contact the blue and white lifeguard posts: weather, bathing conditions, water and air temperature, water quality - they'll be happy to help! 2 lifeguard posts on the busiest beaches, staffed by 8 lifeguards to monitor the bathing areas. Sunglasses, hat and sunscreen - summer can begin!
