Take the plunge and discover lifesaving at the Châtelaillon-Plage aquatic center!
This summer, youngsters aged 8 to 17 can learn the basics of lifesaving while having fun!
Through pool exercises, they'll learn essential techniques in a safe, fun environment. Bringing back a swimmer in difficulty, using a lifebuoy or adopting the right reflexes in an emergency situation: these are all useful skills they can develop while gaining confidence in the water. Ideal for combining sport, learning and safety awareness in the aquatic environment.
This program is open to children who can swim 50 meters.
