Come and try your hand at ocean walking!
Ocean walking is an activity recognized for its many physical and mental benefits. It is a very well-rounded sport that provides a gentle cardiovascular workout without putting strain on the body. In addition to the peaceful natural setting of the ocean, fun exercises that make use of water resistance will add excitement to the session.
An ocean walking session lasts about 45 minutes to 1 hour.
Sessions are held at least twice a week, depending on the tide schedule, which is why the time slots vary from week to week.
During your session, you’ll have access to the club’s locker rooms and showers.
Are you over 14 years old? You can join us right away!
Many time slots are available; book online via the Châtelaillon-Plage Nautical Club website.
