The Rochambelles tells the incredible true story of thirty women who, defying convention in a military world that had no place for women, landed in Normandy and helped liberate France.
In 1939, Jacqueline, travelling in New York, finds herself caught up in the turmoil of exile. There she meets Florence Conrad, a wealthy and eccentric American woman with the bold idea of creating the first all-female frontline ambulance unit. Seeing it as her chance to return home, Jacqueline enlists, unaware that she is embarking on an extraordinary adventure that will leave its mark on history.
