In September, we're extending our summer with a Gym & Fitness class on the sand every morning! Join Valérie for a dynamic 1h30 class, right on the beach in front of the Bains des fleurs crêperie. No matter what your age or level, everyone participates and works out with the coach in a fun and friendly atmosphere. It's a friendly atmosphere that has already won many fans in Châtelaillon. And it's free!
