During this 1-hour-and-15-minute tour, she’ll open the doors to her mussel farm and tell you all about the realities of mussel farming, from seed collection to harvest. The tour features clear explanations, all kinds of anecdotes… and ends with a mussel tasting, combining discovery with a treat for your taste buds!
