Between nu cumbia, Afro-Caribbean music and electronic sounds, Ema Yazurlo and Quilombo Sonoro offer a concert nourished by Latin American rhythms and contemporary urban cultures.
Now settled in France after several years spent in Argentina and Latin America, Ema Yazurlo and Quilombo Sonoro are developing a project somewhere between nu-cumbia and Afro-Caribbean music.
The group combines traditional instruments, brass, percussion and electronic devices in a music built around rhythm and the blending of influences and popular South American cultures.
