Come and introduce your children to yoga in 1, 2 or 3 sessions, through themed albums (airplane, rocket, hot-air balloon...) narrated by Valérie CLÉREMPUY.
They'll enter a playful, creative bubble of relaxation in which they can: listen to and understand works of children's literature, develop vocabulary relating to transport, manage their relationships with others and explore their bodies (energize and soften, learn to find their bearings in space, discover the respiratory function, etc.).
Valérie CLEREMPUY was a school teacher for 23 years and trained by RYE (Research on Yoga in Education).
