This summer, youngsters aged 8 to 17 can learn the basics of lifesaving while having fun!
Through pool exercises, they'll learn essential techniques in a safe, fun environment. Bringing back a swimmer in difficulty, using a lifebuoy or adopting the right reflexes in an emergency situation: these are all useful skills they can develop while gaining confidence in the water.
