Today, he's the proud owner of this fish, shellfish and seafood delicatessen under our covered market. A few years ago, after a change of life, Julien decided to devote himself to the fishmonger's trade. He quickly invested in a bench under the Halles de Rochefort and the adventure began. Here, priority is given to freshness and provenance. In total, purchases are made from 5 local fish markets: Les Sables-d'Olonne, La Rochelle, Royan, La Côtinière and Saint-Jean-de-Luz. On the spot, customers flock to the seafood platters, in formula or to compose their own. Also on offer: a range of delicatessen products, wines offered in partnership with Sandy from the Cave du Château d'Alon, and a catering department with dishes each more delicious than the last.
