Take a step back in time and immerse yourself in the picturesque world of an oyster-farming village through the dramatized stories of a guide unlike any other.
Every Tuesday from July to August, at 10am, Marinette awaits you in front of the Mirko al Mare restaurant in the Boucholeurs district!
This colorful guide recounts the lives of the fishermen, oyster and mussel farmers who shaped this seaside village, and takes you on an hour-and-a-half-long journey through time.
Between oyster huts and ocean views, Marinette, dressed in a boucholeuse costume, shares local traditions with a sense of humor. She evokes the gestures of yesteryear, the capricious tides, the secrets of the oyster beds, but also the little anecdotes of everyday life, all imbued with a historical dimension and an authenticity full of charm.
The tour, which lasts around 1h30, offers a breath of sea air and authentic discoveries along the coast, in the heart of a landscape shaped by maritime life.
