The main house comprises a living area with an equipped kitchen opening onto the living room, a master bedroom opening onto the garden, a bedroom that can accommodate three people, a bathroom/shower and a garage that doubles as a bicycle room (5 bikes available) and laundry room. The outbuilding comprises a bedroom with a double bed, a fully-equipped kitchen, a bathroom/wc/shower, a small living room with a convertible bed for 2, and a storeroom. The tree-lined outdoor area is very nicely designed, with a fully tiled terrace, lawn, greenery, garden, covered courtyard with sink and worktop, large dining table, garden lounge equipment, summer solar shower, etc... Internet is available with fiber (WIFI + ethernet cable + PLC) and very functional in the house and outbuilding. From April to September, the house and outbuilding are rented together. From October to March the house and outbuilding can be rented separately, but not simultaneously.
