For lovers of oysters, mussels and white wine, stop by Jean-Michel and Valérie Guignet. On the Boucholeurs seafront, this friendly tasting hut is also where the owners harvest their own oysters and shellfish.
If the weather doesn't permit outdoor tasting, a small, modern annex provides warm, dry dining with the same breathtaking views over the Baie d'Yves, Fouras and Ile d'Aix. You can also take oysters and regional products home with you.
